Right-click the Profile Item that you wish to edit. Depending on which profile item type it is, different options will be displayed in the right-click menu.

• [Edit] will take you to the details screen which was originally filled in.
• [Remove] will delete the item. Alternatively, there is a [Remove] button in the Edit screen.
• You can [Move] items between the Current Problems and Past History headings as the patient’s condition changes.
