Setting up the URL for e-referrals

Select “Web Form Parameters” from “System Setup” in the “Tools” menu.

Import the URL and parameters, or enter them EXACTLY as below.

Enter the system settings for e-referrals

Select “System Settings” from “System Setup” in the “Tools” menu.

Enter the E-referrals settings.

Configure each clinical workstation

If there is a local firewall on this workstation, configure the local firewall by opening the control panel and following these instructions:

Access to web services

Open a patient’s clinical notes and try opening the “CareConnect” web form.

If you are unable to open the web service, run MyPractice as an administrator (Windows 7, Vista and Server 2008).
